Brigid K. Bowser

Brigid Bowser is an associate in Pierce Atwood’s Business Practice Group.

Brigid has experience representing financial institutions and private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a broad range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and debt financings, as well as providing assistance in general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Brigid was an associate at a large Boston-based law firm. During law school, Brigid was a judicial intern to the Honorable William G. Young of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and a judicial intern to the Honorable Geraldine S. Hines of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
