Susan van Vollenhoven

Susan van Vollenhoven oversees the strategic direction, planning, and administration of human resources. In her role, she is responsible for talent management and development, employee engagement, workforce planning, HR legal compliance and recordkeeping, employee relations,  compensation, and benefits.

Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Susan was the Director of HR and Operations at Sullivan & Worcester and has spent more than 10 years working in HR leadership roles at law firms. Before that she worked at Liberty Mutual Group and Boston Scientific Corporation.
