Kathleen Heyer Participant in REBA program: Introduction to Land Court Practice and Procedure

This Real Estate Bar Association program for new lawyers and law students will feature two mock commonplace proceedings. Pierce Atwood real estate attorney Kathleen Heyer will participate in the mock hearing on a Motion for Endorsement of a Memorandum of Lis Pendens.

The mock proceedings will be followed by a discussion with the Court’s judges, offering a primer of common and best practices before the Land Court. The program includes an opportunity to question the judges about all aspects of the Land Court, past and present.
