Updated Agenda

A lot has happened since we announced our half-day program!

We will make space in our agenda to address the FTC ban on most non-competes as well as the new DOL salary threshold for exempt employees. We will also cover the new EEOC Harassment Guidance.

Additional details and the registration link can be found below.

We hope to see you on May 30!

Please join Pierce Atwood's employment group for our 2024 Employment Law Midyear Update on Thursday, May 30 in Haverhill, Massachusetts.

The program will start with lunch at noon and wrap up with a cocktail hour. In between, we will cover the following important topics:

  • Pay Equity and Pay Disclosure: Updates, best practices, and trends
  • Non-Compete Agreements: The new FTC prohibition against non-competes, navigating differences in state laws, drafting tips, and enforcement
  • Midyear Legal Update:  DOL's new salary threshold for exempt employees, the EEOC Harassment Guidance, and more

By popular demand, we will also hold a breakout discussion session so that attendees can hear from peers about how they are handling pay equity and pay disclosure issues.

Registration

This complimentary program is in-person only (no webinar option). We ask that you please register by Thursday, May 16.
