Joshua Dunlap works extensively on complex litigation matters, including class actions, in federal and state court. Joshua's practice includes litigation at both the trial and appellate level, with a particular focus on appellate litigation. His varied practice has involved electronic data theft, banking, and insurance.
Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Joshua served as a law clerk for the Hon. Paul J. Kelly Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He also previously worked as a campaign aide with the Maine House Republican Team.

Honors & Distinctions
Joshua was first in his class at Notre Dame Law School and received the "Col. William J. Hoynes Award" for outstanding scholarship and achievement. He also received a "Faculty Academic Award" from Pensacola Christian College.
