Managing Employees 201: Achieving Business Results by Setting Expectations, Giving Feedback, and Assessing Performance

Supervisors and managers are generally expected to achieve business results. The hard part for many supervisors and managers is that they must rely on their employees to get the work done. This 2-hour virtual program will explore best practices for guiding employees to achieve business results while complying with complex state and federal employment laws.

Building on and referring to the concepts discussed in Managing Employees 101, we will provide a clear road map to support supervisors and managers in the hard work of managing people and complying with applicable law.
