PJM Interconnection Support Facility for Solar Development Projects

Pierce Atwood represented Great Bay Renewables, LLC, in connection with a $6.1 million PJM interconnection deposit facility to support Red Stone Renewables, a privately-owned developer of utility scale renewables projects.

This interconnection support facility will assist Red Stone to fund the refundable portions of certain PJM interconnection deposits for two solar development projects totaling approximately 250 MWac that are advancing in the PJM interconnection queue. These projects are part of Red Stone’s approximately 850 MW development portfolio.

Pierce Atwood previously assisted Great Bay with financing an interconnection deposit in MISO.
