  • Representing developer in permitting and development of a 235,500 square foot, eight-story, laboratory and R&D facility in Boston’s Seaport District.
  • Representing developer in permitting and development of large multi-use complex containing housing, lab, office and retail uses, with significant new public open spaces, recreation areas, and streetscapes in prominent Boston location.
  • Represented developer in rehabilitation and reuse of former Boston Globe headquarters in Dorchester for research and development, lab, and creative office uses.
  • Representing a national warehouse developer in permitting and related litigation for an 800,000 square foot, $100 million warehouse located west of Boston.
  • Represented a national warehouse developer in permitting and related litigation for a 660,000 square foot, $65 million warehouse located west of Boston.
  • Represented lender in $51.5 million leasehold mortgage for leasing of laboratory space.
  • Represented lender in connection with $76 million construction loan for complex in Brighton, Mass. that includes laboratory and office space, as well as the Boston Celtics training and practice facility.
  • Assist national, Western U.S.-based real estate investment company on land use, real estate and environmental due diligence in connection with the acquisition of four potential distribution/warehouse sites in Eastern Mass.
