Abby Carney

Abby Carney is a Business Immigration Case Manager in the Immigration Practice Group. She works with the immigration team to prepare and file employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas including H-1B’s, L-1’s, TN’s, applications for labor certification, immigrant worker petitions, and adjustment of status applications. She works with clients in a variety of industries, including health care, technology, education, manufacturing, transportation, finance, insurance, management consulting, and energy.

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Abby acquired more than ten years of experience in the health care and biotechnology fields, including as a customer success manager at athenahealth and as a grant manager at Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated.
