Aidan Cullinane
Aidan Cullinane focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and commercial finance.
In this capacity, Aidan works with both publicly and privately held companies across all phases of a company’s lifecycle and in a variety of industries, including cannabis, life science, manufacturing, recreation, and technology.
In addition to his corporate and transactional practices, Aidan works with companies and investors to navigate complex regulatory environments.
While in law school, Aidan was a Pierce Atwood summer associate, where he provided legal research for attorneys in a wide range of practices. He was also a legal intern for Greater Boston Legal Services, where he represented low and moderate income clients in foreclosure, debt collection, credit repair, consumer fraud, and bankruptcy proceedings.
Before that, Aidan was an intern in the legal department of a publicly traded corporation based in New Hampshire, where he supported the in-house legal team in a variety of matters.
Prior to attending law school, Aidan worked as a certified public accountant with Deloitte & Touche.
