Caroline Snyder

Caroline Snyder focuses her practice on the negotiation of technology transactions, intellectual property and privacy issues, and a broad range of corporate governance matters. She works with a wide array of clients in diverse industries, from early-stage startups to financial institutions and other highly regulated entities. Caroline represents both purchasers and vendors of complex software, technology products, and professional services. She also helps clients navigate unique corporate governance challenges and opportunities.

Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Caroline was an associate at a Boston-based law firm where she represented clients before state and federal courts and government agencies. She also clerked for the Hon. Janet Bond Arterton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
