Giselle Ciano

Giselle Ciano, a paralegal in Pierce Atwood’s Real Estate Practice Group, has more than 20 years of experience handling a wide range of commercial real estate matters.  Giselle has assisted owners, investors, lenders, and developers in connection with the acquisition, financing, and disposition of multifamily complexes, office buildings and parks, industrial buildings, hospitality property including hotels, shopping centers, and self-storage facilities located throughout the United States.

Giselle works closely with the firm’s real estate attorneys in all aspects of the real estate transaction - from title, survey and other diligence review, to drafting conveyance and tenant-related documents, and preparing settlement statements and other documents related to raising the necessary capital. Giselle also has a strong background in complex title-related issues and works regularly with the Land Court Department of the Trial Court.

Before joining Pierce Atwood in 2017, Giselle worked as a paralegal in the real estate department at Dionne & Gass LLP, Saul Ewing LLP and Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP.
