Linda M. Farina
Linda Farina is an experienced paralegal who supports Pierce Atwood’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group with all phases of estate and trust administration.
Linda’s experience includes preparing and drafting all Massachusetts probate documents, including petitions, waivers, and assents, and helps draft inventories and probate accountings. She assists with decedent asset valuation, transfer of assets, and settlements of bank accounts and securities. Linda also contracts for appraisals of real and personal property, and drafts initial estate tax returns and distribution-related documentation.
Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Linda worked as a senior paralegal at Clements Pajak LLC in Newton, Mass. Before that she was New England director for West Bar Review, and assistant director at BARBRI Bar Review where she managed Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont bar exam preparation courses for law school graduates and attorneys.
