Madeleine A. Fenderson

Madeleine Fenderson is an associate in Pierce Atwood’s Business Practice Group.

Madeleine is a recent graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law, where she served as the managing editor of the Law Review and worked as a legal intern for the Honorable Lara E. Montecalvo of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

During law school, she served as a legal intern for the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office in the Environment and Energy Unit and a Rhode Island Sea Grant Law Fellow. Madeleine was a 2023 summer associate at Pierce Atwood.

Before law school, Madeleine was a consultant, where she assisted clients on federal and state permitting for offshore wind projects and wrote contracts, permits, and offshore wind procurement bids.
