Nicholas L. Anastasi

Nicholas Anastasi is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group.

Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Nick was an assistant city solicitor in the  city of Lowell (Mass.) Law Department, where he managed a substantial litigation portfolio involving various civil disputes such as breach of contract, civil rights, employment, tort, and land use.

In that role, Nick successfully argued cases in both state and federal courts, and appeared before numerous state agencies, including Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations, and Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.

Before that, Nick was an associate at a Boston-based law firm, where he worked on a range of matters, including complex commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, international arbitrations, and white-collar investigations.

During law school, Nick was a senior editor for the Boston College Law Review, a member of the Immigration Law Association, and a member of the Constitutional Law Society.
