Pat Kriff

Pat Kriff is a paralegal in Pierce Atwood’s Real Estate Practice Group, where he assists lenders, borrowers, and sellers with the financing and conveyance of commercial properties.   

Pat works closely with the firm’s real estate attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on real estate title research, title examinations, underwriting title insurance policies, and drafting conveyance and loan documents.

Pat has more than seven years of experience supporting attorneys with commercial real estate, residential real estate, trust and corporate matters. Before joining Pierce Atwood, he worked as a paralegal at Bowditch & Dewey LLP and Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP.
