Andrew Kaplan Named 2019 Energy Bar Association State Regulatory Practitioner of the Year

The EBA presents this award to a state utility regulatory lawyer who has demonstrated innovation and superior advocacy in his/her practice. Andrew was selected for this year’s award for his leadership and advocacy efforts to advance the energy storage industry. Andrew is credited with winning important rulings before FERC and state PUCs that have helped pave the way for significant growth throughout the energy storage industry.
