Andrew O. Kaplan Authors Article in PUC Fortnightly: REV'd and Ready - New York Aims to Reform its Energy Vision
New York’s electric utilities have no shortage of challenges. The New York Public Service Commission coined a new phrase in the energy industry lexicon when it initiated Reforming the Energy Vision (REV) – aimed at overhauling how electricity is produced, distributed, consumed, regulated, and priced in the Empire State.
