Brian Rayback to Speak at Stormwater Management in New England Seminar

Pierce Atwood partner Brian Rayback of the environmental practice group, is set to speak at Law Seminars International seminar Stormwater Management in New England on Friday, April 19th, 2013 from 8:00am - 5:00pm at the Seaport Boston Hotel World Trade Center.

Brian Rayback will be concluding the seminar by discussing legal issues, court challenges, and tips for adapting the ordinance to fit local conditions amd objectives.

The objective of this seminar is to provide educated suggestions in facing the local, state, and federal governments growing interest in stormwater as a critical water quality issue.
