Brooks Magratten Panel Moderator at ABA 49th Annual Midwinter Symposium on Insurance and Life, Health, and Disability Benefits

Pierce Atwood partner Brooks Magratten, who has more than 30 years of experience in insurance and commercial litigation, will moderate a panel titled, “Ethics in 30(b)(6) Depositions.” Panelists will examine the ethical questions and challenges of preparing for and defending the rule 30(b)(6) deposition, address the obligations of responding properly to a 30(b)(6) deposition notice, discuss how to best prepare witnesses, and share what questions are in and out of bounds for this type of deposition.
