Brooks Magratten Speaker at DRI's 2018 Life, Health, Disability and ERISA Seminar

Brooks R. Magratten, a firm partner with more than 20 years of experience in insurance, product liability, and commercial litigation, will participate in a panel discussing “Ethics of Diversity after Rule 8.4(g).” The panel will examine this new rule of the Model Rules of Professional Conduct barring discrimination in the practice of law, as well as other diversity issues in the life, health, and disability practice.
