Chris Whitney and Tom Dunn Moderate Panels at ABA Forum on Construction Law
Pierce Atwood construction law partner Christopher C. Whitney will moderate a panel of construction lawyers in a plenary session titled, “Contract Provisions That Work,” discussing “the pros and cons of specific contract provisions that Forum members can use from the perspectives of the owner, architect, general contractor, and subcontractors.”
Firm construction law partner R. Thomas Dunn will moderate a panel discussing “Advocacy in Arbitration.” This afternoon-long, interactive “construction law practicum” presents a team of nationally-recognized construction attorneys who will discuss best practices and strategies to effectively make a client’s case through arbitration.
