Christopher J. Dole Joins Pierce Atwood as Real Estate Partner in Boston Office

Pierce Atwood's growth continues with the addition of Christopher J. Dole., a partner with nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, acquisition, disposition, development, and financing. Before joining Pierce Atwood Chris was an attorney in the Boston law firm Dain, Torpy, Le Ray, Wiest & Garner, P.C, a boutique commercial real estate practice. Before that he was a shareholder in the Boston office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP.

Chris represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of office, multifamily residential, retail, industrial, and warehouse facilities. His clients include institutional investors, public and private companies, pension funds, REITS, private equity funds, developers, and other corporate entities.

Chris received his J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University Law School and his A.B. cum laude from Harvard University.  In 2015, Chris was recognized as a “Massachusetts Super Lawyer” in the area of Real Estate.
