Dan Bailey Testifies Before Massachusetts Joint Committee on Municipalities and Regional Government

Pierce Atwood Real Estate and Land Use partner Daniel J. Bailey testified on behalf of the Government Affairs Committee of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board before the Joint Committee on Municipalities and Regional Government.  Dan testified in favor of H. 1847 and S. 1102, “An Act to support the equitable utilization of third party consultants in land use determinations.”
