The Great Debate: Chris Whitney Participates in Construction Law Panel
Pierce Atwood construction law partner Christopher C. Whitney will join two construction lawyers in "The Great Debate," a program hosted by Starkweather & Shepley. The panel will debate a wide range of construction-related issues including:
- Getting paid on time
- Bid bond protest
- Subcontractor default insurance

He represents all facets of the industry, including owners, developers, construction managers, sureties, subcontractors and suppliers, and architects and engineers.

- Joseph Reale, a construction lawyer who focuses his practice on construction litigation, arbitration and related matters, as well as general business litigation and corporate matters.
- David Campbell, partner and co-chair of the construction law practice group in the firm Shechtman Halperin Savage, LLP. David practices primarily in the areas of commercial and business litigation, construction litigation, surety and insurance defense, professional liability, and employment law.
