John Bulman Admitted to Fellowship of College of Commercial Arbitrators
Pierce Atwood LLP congratulates firm partner John E. Bulman on his nomination and selection as a Fellow in the College of Commercial Arbitrators. Fellowship in the College is by invitation of the College’s Board, and admission criteria includes substantial experience as a commercial arbitrator, high ethical standards, and high regard in the field among academics, other neutrals, and counsel. John is the only Rhode Islander among the College’s 170 worldwide Fellows.
In John’s letter of acceptance from CCA President Deborah Rothman, she notes that, “admission into the College is a tribute to your extraordinary qualifications as a commercial arbitrator.”
John is also a former board member of the American Arbitration Association and now sits on the AAA’s Construction Mega Project Panel. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the American College of Construction Lawyers and is a mediator certified by the International Mediation Institute at The Hague.
