Jonathan Gelchinsky Panelist and Speaker at AIPLA 7th Annual Trademark Boot Camp

Pierce Atwood Intellectual Property partner Jonathan M. Gelchinsky will be speaking at the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s Seventh Annual Trademark Boot Camp, a two-day comprehensive CLE program designed for new practitioners or others interested in learning the basics of trademark practice.

Jon will join a panel of private practice trademark attorneys and attorneys from the US Patent and Trademark Office in two hands-on training sessions, “Responding Effectively to Office Actions.”

He will also be a speaker in a session titled, “Overview of International Trademark Basics,” which will cover highlights of Paris Convention and Madrid Protocol, post registration issues, including maintenance and licensing, and enforcement of international marks.

AIPLA is a legal association focusing on intellectual property issues of both national and international impact.
