Jonathan Gelchinsky Speaking at AIPLA Trademark Bootcamp

Jonathan Gelchinsky will present “Overview of International Trademark Basics” at the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Trademark Bootcamp in Arlington, VA on June 5, 2014. Jon’s presentation will include strategic considerations for international trademarks, the international application process (including highlights of Paris Convention and Madrid Protocol), post registration issues, including maintenance and licensing, and enforcement of international marks.
