Josh Dunlap Co-authors First Circuit Chapter in ABA’s “2020 Survey of Federal Class Action Law”

Pierce Atwood Litigation Practice Group partner Joshua D. Dunlap and former litigation partner Donald R. Frederico co-authored the First Circuit chapter in the 2020 Survey of Federal Class Action Law: A U.S. Supreme Court and Circuit-by-Circuit Analysis.

The latest edition of this American Bar Association publication is a valuable tool for both in-house and outside counsel who are faced with litigating class actions in federal circuits with which they may have little or no experience and must make informed recommendations on removal. Summaries are prepared by litigators from each of the respective circuit courts, and address changes in rules and statutes as well as significant case law.
