Kathleen Hamann to Present APEC Leaders in Ethics and Integrity Program at 2019 APEC Business Ethics for SMEs Forum in Santiago, Chile

Pierce Atwood litigation partner Kathleen Hamann, an internationally recognized authority in the field of white collar enforcement and compliance matters, has designed the new Leaders in Ethics and Integrity Program (LEIP) for the APEC Business Ethics for SME’s Initiative. She will present the LEIP to delegates at the Initiative’s annual forum in Santiago, Chile. The LEIP program is being promulgated by APEC to help strengthen and improve ethics and integrity systems across health care and life sciences.

The APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) Business Ethics for SMEs (small and medium sized enterprises) Initiative brings together high-level pharmaceutical and medical device executives, physicians, patient groups, industry associations, and government officials from across the APEC region to promote ethics and integrity via public-private partnerships and multistakeholder engagement.
