Kazakhstan's Green Economy Law Project

In October 2014, firm attorneys presented Kazakhstan's Green Economy Law Project to the University of Maine Law School Environmental Law Society. They discussed the firm's prior work with the Kazakhstan government, the challenges we faced, and the request for us to draft a "Green Economy Law" encompassing waste management, air quality, and water management.
