Kyle Glover on MCLE Faculty: Drafting More Effective & Flexible Contracts

Pierce Atwood partner Kyle J. Glover will participate in this Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program discussing  drafting and negotiating processes, key terms and conditions, and common pitfalls. 

The faculty will provide real-world examples and critical analysis on how to navigate impasses, and discuss how to maximize the use of current technologies.

Kyle Glover specializes in contract negotiation, with a focus on contracts involving technology, software, or data. He is also a frequent presenter on the subjects of negotiation and conflict resolution, and is a member of the Harvard Negotiation Institute, where he co-teaches a weeklong course on negotiation to mid-career professionals.
