Maine Supreme Judicial Court Appoints Pierce Atwood Partner to Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection

Pierce Atwood is proud to announce that partner Jared S. des Rosiers has been appointed by the Maine Supreme Judicial Court as a Trustee to the Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection.  The purpose of the Fund is to promote public confidence in the administration of justice and the integrity of the legal profession, by reimbursing clients who suffer losses caused by an attorney’s dishonest conduct.  Mr. des Rosiers will serve a three-year term that will end on December 12, 2014.
