Pierce Atwood real estate partner Paula M. Devereaux will participate in this Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education program discussing the basics of zoning in Massachusetts. This program is geared to lawyers new to the practice of real estate law and those looking for a refresher course. Attendees will learn how to review and apply a zoning ordinance or bylaw, how to be effective in practicing before local boards, and what happens in an appeal to the Land Court.
