Peter Guffin Speaker at BBA 2014 IP Year in Review CLE Program

The Intellectual Property Section of the Boston Bar Association presented its first event of the year, sharing key information, lessons learned, and important takeaways from the most significant intellectual property cases and legislation of 2014.

Peter presented on the topic of privacy and data security. Information privacy and data security continue to be hot topics, and in 2014 we saw lots of regulatory enforcement, litigation and legislative activity.  Peter discussed the significant legal developments in this area and what they mean for you and your clients.
