Peter Guffin to Teach Information Privacy Law At UMaine School of Law

Pierce Atwood partner Peter J. Guffin will be teaching the upcoming UMaine School of Law class, Information Privacy Law, during the spring 2014 semester.

This class will encompass how privacy is increasingly becoming one of the most important consumer protection issues in our marketplace.

Peter, who heads the firm's Intellectual Property & Technology and Privacy & Data Security practices, along with Trevor Hughes, Executive Director of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, will help provide students with broad issue spotting skills in the field of privacy and the fundamentals of the field of privacy.
