Pierce Atwood Adds Experience and Depth to Portland Litigation Practice: Neal F. Pratt Joins Firm as Partner
Pierce Atwood’s growth continues with the addition of Neal F. Pratt, a trial lawyer with more than 28 years of experience trying high-profile cases in state and federal courts.
Neal specializes in complex civil and commercial litigation, including shareholder/partnership disputes, product liability and tort cases, and school disciplinary matters. He also has substantial experience handling construction disputes, cell tower litigation, and intellectual property cases.
Neal served six terms as Chairman of The Board of Trustees of the Cross Insurance Arena (formerly the Cumberland County Civic Center), where he led the successful bond referendum campaign in which voters approved a $33 million modernization initiative.

Neal received his J.D. from University of New Hampshire School of Law, where he was the David S. Slutsky Scholar for Academic Excellence, and his B.A. from University of Maine.
