Pierce Atwood Appoints Partners Michele Kenney and Scott Pueschel to Leadership Positions

Pierce Atwood LLP announced today that partners Michele Kenney and Scott Pueschel have been appointed to leadership positions within the firm. Kenney will serve as the partner-in-charge of the firm’s Portsmouth, NH office, home to 17 attorneys. Pueschel will serve as practice group leader of the firm’s Business Practice Group, which includes almost 30 attorneys across four offices.

Michele has practiced in the firm’s Litigation group since 2008.  She represents businesses and individuals through all stages of commercial litigation in state and federal courts.

Scott has practiced in the firm’s Business group since 2002.  Throughout his career, he has focused his practice on business formations, angel and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.  He also maintains an active practice advising public companies with respect to SEC reporting and compliance with SEC and national securities exchange rules. Scott assumes the role of practice group leader after completing a five-year term on the firm’s Management Committee.
