Experienced faculty from across the state of Maine will convene at the Augusta Civic Center for this annual Continuing Legal Education program to share updates on significant changes in the law over the past year. Pierce Atwood attorneys will be presenting on the following topics:

Kellie MacDonald represents immigrants and immigrant family members living abroad and in the U.S. in a wide range of matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, including family petitions and applications for adjustment of status, naturalization, asylum, and U visas.
Kyle Noonan represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including class actions, as well as regulatory investigations. Kyle’s clients include companies in the finance, health care, construction, forest products, and telecommunications industries.
Dan Strader works closely with clients to help guide them in complying with the latest legal developments impacting their workforces. Dan regularly counsels clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws such as Title VII, the Maine Human Rights Act, and the ADA, FLSA, FMLA, and ADEA.
