Pierce Atwood LLP Expands Commercial Real Estate Lending Practice: David M. Foss Joins Firm as Partner in Boston Office

To help expand and support its busy commercial real estate lending practice, Pierce Atwood is pleased to welcome experienced real estate, banking, and affordable housing attorney David Foss to the firm’s Boston office.

Dave has more than 25 years of experience working with clients on secured lending, affordable housing finance and development, and conveyancing.  Dave regularly works with banks, financial institutions, and nonprofit lenders to structure and document all types of financing arrangements, including acquisition, construction, term and bridge financing transactions, SBA 504 and 7(a) program loans, and other real estate and asset-based credit facilities.

Dave received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and a B.S. cum laude in Finance from Northeastern University.
