Pierce Atwood Partner Gareth I. Orsmond Becomes Member of The Abstract Club

Pierce Atwood is pleased to announce that firm real estate, land use, and environmental law partner Gareth I. Orsmond is now a member of The Abstract Club.

Founded more than 150 years ago, The Abstract Club is comprised of lawyers who are considered leaders in the field of real estate law. Membership is limited to 100 lawyers in Massachusetts and is by invitation only. Gareth joins fellow Pierce Atwood real estate partners and Club members Paula Devereaux (also a member of the organization’s Executive Committee), Daniel J. Bailey, and Donald R. Pinto, Jr.

Gareth has played a pivotal role in many impactful developments in Greater Boston, including University Station in Westwood, the St. Regis Residences in Boston, and the Skating Club of Boston’s state-of-the-art Olympic training center in Norwood. Gareth is currently working with Paramount Global to develop a new television studio in Boston, and is lead counsel for an expanding Boston-based real estate company engaged in purchasing, renovating, and repurposing hotels and apartment complexes throughout the United States.

Gareth graduated from Northwestern School of Law Lewis & Clark College, received his B.A. with distinction from Yale University, and obtained his Master of Music degree with honors from New England Conservatory of Music.
