Pierce Atwood represented East Boston Savings Bank in a financing deal for construction of a complex at 40 Guest St. in Brighton featuring a new practice facility for the Boston Celtics. The complex, which is expected to include office, laboratory, and retail space in addition to the Celtics facility, is part of the Boston Landing development that houses New Balance Athletics’ new headquarters and a practice rink for the Boston Bruins.
