Real Estate Partner Donald R. Pinto, Jr. Becomes Member of Abstract Club
Pierce Atwood is pleased to announce that firm real estate and litigation partner Donald R. Pinto, Jr. is now a member of the Abstract Club.
Founded more than 150 years ago, the Abstract Club is comprised of lawyers who are considered leaders in the field of real estate law. Membership is limited to 100 lawyers in Massachusetts and is by invitation only. Don joins fellow Pierce Atwood real estate partner and Club member Daniel J. Bailey.
Don has more than 30 years of experience as a civil litigator, representing clients in complex real estate and land use disputes in matters involving zoning, permitting, tidelands, contaminated properties, easements, access rights, and more. Don’s real estate litigation practice includes particular experience in Massachusetts Land Court, where he has handled hundreds of cases.
Don graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School, where he was note editor and a staff member of the Suffolk University Law Review. He also attended Boston College, where he graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science.
