Suzanne King Speaker at BBA Program: The Nuts and Bolts of Complying with New Pay Equity Law

Suzanne King, a partner in Pierce Atwood’s Employment Law Practice Group, will participate in a panel discussion at this Boston Bar Association Continuing Legal Education program.

Attendees will learn how to conduct a pay equity audit and how to address the role of the attorney-client privilege throughout the process.  The panelists will also discuss the provision barring salary history inquiries in the hiring process (including a legal challenge in another jurisdiction), as well as how to comply with the pay transparency provisions of the new law.
