Pierce Atwood employment law partner Suzanne King will participate in a panel discussion on OSHA’s recent Emergency Temporary Standard – which has been stayed by a federal appeals court – requiring employers with more than 100 employees to either put in place a vaccine mandate or establish a policy of voluntary vaccination coupled with mandatory weekly testing for the unvaccinated.
