Tom Dunn Co-chairs ABA Forum on Construction Law Fall Meeting

Construction law partner R. Thomas Dunn is co-chairing the ABA Forum on Construction Law Fall Meeting, which will focus on the 2017 updates to AIA contract documents.

The Forum, co-sponsored by the American Institute of Architects, will bring together new and experienced construction lawyers, as well as litigators, advocates, and others to discuss and analyze the 2017 AIA updates and their impact on owners, design professionals, contractors, and subcontractors.

Tom Dunn, who practices in both Providence and Boston, concentrates his practice in construction law and business dispute resolution, representing clients in various sectors of the construction industry, including power generation, utility and road work, painting, and plumbing, and mechanical work.
