Tom Dunn to Moderate AGC MA Panel on Risk Management in the Construction Industry

Please join Pierce Atwood construction and litigation partner Tom Dunn for a panel discussion on proven approaches to identify and reduce risks inherent in the construction industry.

This program will be held at Pierce Atwood’s Boston office on Tuesday, September 17 from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM and is ideal for project managers, project executives, company executives, in-house counsel, risk managers, contract managers, and outside professionals advising AGC MA construction company members of all sizes.

  • Innovative approaches to dispute avoidance that help to foster prompt and fair resolution of claims with contracting parties.
