Over the past few years, a number of tragic workplace shootings have made employers and employees alike question the security of their own workplaces.
Whether considering a dispute among co-workers or a termination of an employee who just seems to be struggling in some undefined way, many employers ask themselves whether they should be calling the police or a security company to assist.
