Emily Sullivan

Emily Sullivan is a paralegal in Pierce Atwood’s Real Estate Practice Group, handling all aspects of commercial closings.

Emily graduated with High Honors from Middlesex Community College where she received a degree in Paralegal Studies. She received a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and English from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Emily was a paralegal at Dalton & Finegold LLP, where she focused on commercial post closings. She also has experience drafting and editing complaints, legal memos, interrogatories, demands, and other legal documents.
