Please join Pierce Atwood’s employment group for our 2025 Employment Law Midyear Update on Thursday, May 29 in Haverhill, Massachusetts.

The program will start with lunch at noon and wrap up with a cocktail hour. In between, we will cover the following important topics:

  • Layoffs: WARN, separation agreements, and best practices.
  • I-9 Enforcement
  • DEI Update: navigating the changing landscape
  • PFML Compliance: update on Maine PFML and multi-state issues

By popular demand, we will also hold a breakout session so that attendees can hear from peers about new approaches to DEI in the workplace.
